Ingredients
1/2 Gallon recipes
350 ml tamarind concentrate
2 cups sugar
1 ½ tablespoons salt
4 ¾ cups of filtered water
Preparation
In a large pot or mixing bowl, add the tamarind concentrate, sugar, and salt.
Pour in 4 cups of water and stir until the sugar and salt completely dissolve.
Taste and adjust as desired, then chill in the refrigerator.
Serve over ice.
