Ingredients

1/2 Gallon recipes

  • 350 ml tamarind concentrate

  • 2 cups sugar

  • 1 ½ tablespoons salt

  • 4 ¾ cups of filtered water

Preparation

  1. In a large pot or mixing bowl, add the tamarind concentrate, sugar, and salt.

  2. Pour in 4 cups of water and stir until the sugar and salt completely dissolve.

  3. Taste and adjust as desired, then chill in the refrigerator.

  4. Serve over ice.
