SuperTree: Our Family's  Fruit Story 

SuperTree started during a tough time. When Covid hit, Beau lost her job at a Thai Michelin Guide restaurant in Los Angeles. But this led to something good. She spent more time talking to her mom in Thailand. These talks reminded her of happy summers at her grandpa's fruit orchard. 

 

Beau had an idea: Why not sell these amazing fruits online? She know people would love them. SuperTree was born, bringing tasty tropical fruits from her family's farm to people stuck at home.

A Story of 
Better Homemade Tamarind 

As a Thai restaurant insider, I've encountered countless customers asking how to make pad Thai sauce, peanut sauce, papaya salad dressing, and more. We shared our recipes, but many struggled with making tamarind concentrate from pulp. They often ended up with inconsistent results - either too diluted or too thick - and sometimes found tamarind shells under their nails or in the food. To soothe this process, we have selected the original native type of golden giant tamarind, prized for its natural sourness and popular among Thai chefs. We process them at an equipped facility under Halal, GMP, and HACCP standards, creating BHT: Better Homemade Tamarind that brings authentic Thai flavors to every home, making your cooking journey easier and more delicious.

A Story of THAI TEA & MORE 
 

After launching our products online, we realized that we wanted a storefront to connect with our community. In 2021, we started our first pop-up at the Monterey Park Farmers' Market, offering our freeze-dried fruit products alongside Thai tea and desserts. Our recipes are inspired by some of the best-selling items in Thai restaurants in Los Angeles.
